  I went to this location at Sunday. The asian lady was very rude for I wasn’t have ready for amazon return label but I was waiting more than 10 mins when she was take care of other customer. Other customer wasn’t ready at all and tooks more time than me but asian lady was express anger at me. She tolds me that why can’t you take photo of amazon return code before you come. I didn’t make her wait more than more than one minutes. She was having hard time w/ UPS computer when she was helping other customer because system was down. It is not fault for UPS computer having issue. She shouldn’t express anger toward to customer for it. I will not go to this store from now even I drive more to go to other UPS store.

  I always use this location. The young man who I think maybe the owners son is always polite and very efficient. I’ve never had problems here.

  I had a very bad experience with a woman named Jen. She threw away a document I was expecting; my husband went to pick it up, but she started questioning him—asking what he wanted and why he was attempting to open the mailbox. Since my husband didn't know the specific name on the document I was waiting for, she threw it into the trash. I went back the next day and asked her about the document she had discarded. She told me it was just junk mail and that was why she had thrown it out. I asked her to give it to me, but she tried to get smart with me, saying, "If you want it, come get it yourself—go inside and dig through the trash." To me, that constitutes a lack of respect and sheer unprofessionalism. Consequently, I told her absolutely not—that I wasn't going to go inside to dig for it and that she needed to hand it over. She repeated that it was junk mail and that she had thrown it away because she had no way of knowing what was inside. At that point, I asked for her name—which she gave me—and told her, "If I run into any problems because of this, you are the one who is going to have to deal with the consequences, because that document was important to me." She finally handed it over, as she still had it right there in the trash can. She then started trying to intimidate me and making snide remarks, so I simply left; I hadn't gone there looking for problems, but rather just to retrieve my document. She is extremely rude; I have no idea how she still has a job there. However, there is a young man who also works there who is very—and I mean *very*—friendly and patient.Plus, the schedule posted on the door says it closes at 7:00, but it was only 6:30 and the place was already closed.Well, my husband went on Wednesday afternoon, but when we went back to pick up the document, the place was already closed. So, I had to go myself to pick up my document on Thursday morning.

  The Asian lady with yellowish- orange hair that works here has terrible customer service skills. Very rude and talks to the clients as if we were stupid. I came to return some items on 3/18/25 @5ish pm, she claims that they had to be packed. Yet they were packed and their original form of delivery. Funny thing is I went to a UPS store near Glen Burnie, and they did accept the package as is, so it makes me think that Lady just wants to give people a hard time.
