- DBDavid Burks2 days ago1.0The product I wanted to purchase was not signed with the correct price and the Associate was indifferent to my concerns. I showed her the email I was sent from Staples which didn't really seem to matter. I had reward dollars to use but was told that I "had to tell her that I wanted to use them" and then only after I showed her my ID . This seems absurd in order to use $8 in rewards...wth!?!

- KWKim WaferMay 6, 20262.0Copy center is horrible. Had to wait for a long time; one of the machines wasn’t working and the one I was able to finally use chewed up the paper. All I needed was a scan of an 8 page document and the girl who helped me told me to scan each page separately. So now I have 8 separate documents. What a waste of time and money.

I understand that it may not be their favorite thing to do, but they rarely say hello and today she said "are you ready" for her greeting. No eye contact whatsoever, then said," is that it". I asked for a receipt, the response was "Amazon doesn't give receipts anymore, they'll send an email have a nice day", and turned and walked away never even looking at me and faster than thank you. She clearly did not want to be bothered with providing any recognizable level of customer service. She obviously should be in warehouse if she must work. I understand working with the public is tough, but your frontline employees really should make at least an attempt.
