  I hate this location and I only go to Long Gate. I only went to this location because Long Gate was out of the stickers I wanted. Anyway, Marcus, the manager at the print shop is nonchalant and not friendly. And they messed up the order.

  I want to single out one your employees ) Abunasser), he went the extra mile at printing and marketing. I had a small issue , after I printed a 30 page document I purchased a small folder. I was having trouble with the hole puncher and didn’t want to mess it up. Small issue that could have cost me time and money , he took a few minutes to help but those few minutes lead me to write this revie and he served it . Take notice Staples it’s the people who work for you that matters most !

  1 star. The core issue wasn’t the print defect itself, guide lines showed up on the finished stickers, mistakes happen. It was everything around it. The employee (Abdunaser) was cold and unresponsive from the start, the area had flies we had to wave off throughout the interaction, and correcting the order took 30 minutes, causing us to be late for work. When we asked to take the defective sheets rather than have them thrown away, he refused, then removed them from the table mid-conversation. I raised this with the manager (Marcus), who acknowledged the handling was wrong but offered no follow-up beyond the apology. We cancelled the order. An apology without any real acknowledgment of the impact isn’t accountability. For anyone relying on timely, professional print service, I’d recommend a different Staples location or provider.

  Be advised that if you select this location for an Amazon return they don't provide a printed receipt of the drop-off but instead send you an email - that may or may not post instantly. I have had issues with items not being processed correctly at other locations with this policy only to discover that if an email does not come you have NO WAY of proving you left anything. When I asked to speak to the store manager she noted that other customers had complained but there was nothing she could do because she didn't create the policy and that this was an Amazon issue and that Staples had nothing to do with it. While I realize no store employee makes policy, her refusal to acknowledge my legitimate concern and instead brush the blame onto Amazon instead of Staples (who they clearly have entered into a mutual agreement with to allow them space in their store) was extremely unprofessional. I told her that I understood that she did not make policy, but I was attempting to offer customer feedback - which I hoped she would at least offer to share with district management. Instead she became even more dismissive saying "why - it wouldn't do any good." Staples agreed to host Amazon and UPS with signage and floor space in their stores. A bad experience with these companies policies is part of the customer experience FOR STAPLES and therefore customer feedback should be welcomed and not rudely dismissed instead of being met with a "not my problem - stop bothering me" attitude. I can understand why she didn't think it would make a difference - she was unwilling to even pass on my complaint. I told her I would to reach out to Amazon and UPS which I have done - both of which noted my concern with courtesy. Staples on the other hand as represented by the store manager could care less. I spend about $3000 per year on office supplies for my job and was going to shop for a new printer while I was in the store. Needless to say I will take my cash to a store that doesn't treat customer feedback as a nuisance. I realize it's hard working in retail - I've done it myself - but just because you don't make the policy doesn't mean you don't need to listen to customer feedback and offer to pass it on. At least the manager won't have to worry about listening to my concerns again - I'm taking my cash elsewhere. There's plenty of places to buy office materials elsewhere.
