- EBed burnJun 27, 20261.0This USPS office is a wretched dump. The inside is dirty with damaged walls scratched up glass doors. Years and years of neglect have accumulated and festered. The people that work here have no pride in the job, and their sour demeanor is reflected and personified by and within the markings on the wall, unorganized displays w prices not updated for years, and harsh fluorescent lighting. I will not waste my pity here. People working here: do something to improve your life by making a change. Either quit and look for happiness elsewhere or make your happiness, bring it with you here, and start to clean up this dump. Take pride in yourself and pride in your work. Ask for help. The only positive is that there was no line to wait in. This could be a beautiful location.

- MMMuatasim MillerJun 10, 20261.0Closed 20 minutes early? Lol. A couple minutes is one thing, but 20 minutes is a reasonable time to want to drop in and drop off a package before closing.
- AAavaMay 30, 20261.0An older woman with straight brown hair and glasses wasted my time by instructing me to leave and return with my package after assuring me she would print my shipping label. When I returned 25 minutes later exactly as instructed, she abruptly claimed she was unable to ship the package and responded with an unnecessarily rude, dismissive attitude instead of taking accountability for the misinformation she gave me. The lack of communication and unnecessary attitude completely changed what had otherwise been a positive experience. Customer service should not make people feel like an inconvenience for following the exact instructions they were given. I had a pleasant experience up until this interaction.
