  Don't WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! MY WIFE WAS RETURNING PACKAGES THAT WERE CLEARLY LABLED USPS FROM TEMU. THE DIRECTIONS WERE THAT THE LABEL WAS TO BE PRINTED AT THE USPS. (SHE INITIALLY WENT TO UPS WITH THESE PACKAGES,SHE WAS INFORMED AT UPS THAT THEY WERE PACKAGES THAT NEEDED TO GO TO USPS.THE REP AT THIS USPS LOCATION STATED THAT SHE COULD NOT PRINT THE BAR CODE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE A BAR CODE PRINTER. (THERE WAS ALSO A QR CODE ON THE SCREEN AS WELL THAT WAS NOTED THAT COULD BE PRINTED FOR THE RETURN).SHE TOLD ME TO GO TO UPS TO GET IT PRINTED!! I EXPRESSED TO HER THAT IF THIS WAD THE CASE, UPS WOULD NOT HAVE SENT ME TO USPS TO RETURN IT.MAKES NO SENSE BECAUSE UPS WILL NOT SHIP USPS PACKAGES AS WELL!!! SHE SAID,"THEY CAN JUST PRINT YOU A LABEL AND THEN YOU CAN COME BACK HERE TO USPS TO SHIP THE RETURN". THIS MAKES NO SENSE. IT WAS BOGHT TO MY ATTENTION LATER THAT DAY THAT WHEN PACKAGES ARE RETURNED TO USPS, THEY GO TO A CERTAIN DEPARTMENT IN THE BACK TO BE PROCESSED. IF THE INDIVIDUAL WORKING IN THAT AREA IS NOT ON DUTY THAT DAY...THE REP AT THE FRONT COUNTER HAS TO ASSUME THAT DUTY OF PROCESSING RETURNS BEFORE CLOSING TIME!! THIS ON JULY 3RD .THE ITEMS WERE TIME SENSITIVE!! MY MONEY IS NOW NON REFUNDABLE. THIS OCCURRED ON 07/03/26 @ 2:45PM @ WIGHT AVE COCKEYSVILLE MD. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AT THIS LOCATION NEED TO REALIZE THAT RETIRED POSTAL SERVICE EMPLOYEES LIVE IN THE AREA....HINT HINT! IF THIS OCCURS AGAIN, THESE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POSTAL INSPECTOR FOR THAT LOCATION.

  Absolute poster child for waste of tax payer money. Handful of staff will argue with you straight to your face and then stand around on the clock to pass the time. Could not be a worse office and team at this location. Looks like upper management doesn’t seem to care either based on these other reviews I’ve read through after my own experience earlier today. Thanks for nothing USPS Timonium.

  Giving credit where it's very much due here, but Ms Shamira at this location 1 day ago, it's currently May 15, 2026 now, was amazing and so helpful and guided my partner on how to change our address so we could get our mail at our new apartment. Without her, I would've still been wondering where our mail was because I didn't know I had to change our address with the postal office, but she made the process a breeze and explained everything perfectly. Shout out to her. Black girl excellence. ✨

  My daughter was in an accident with one of their vehicles. They made a right turn in front of her on Warren rd as she was traveling on York. They tried to make the light and she clipped the bumper. They took full advantage of my daughter, new driver by not calling law enforcement which is a total disregard for their policy. They told her “if she’s good then they are good” I called the post office and later spoke to a Steven pilipiak the supervisor. He told me he was the supervisor on scene of the accident and then refused to relinquish any information about the incident or vehicle or driver. He knows an accident took place but is refusing to give information. I need someone to contact me immediately to get this resolved. It seems very suspicious that they wouldn’t make a police report.
