  Only UPS store I go to. They are always so nice, helpful and have never had issues like I have had with other UPS stores.

  Wouldn’t come back here again I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I came in to ship a vinyl record and paid for packaging materials specifically to make sure the record was properly protected. I purchased a box and bubble wrap, yet the employee ultimately put my vinyl in a bubble mailer instead. The record arrived to my client completely shattered. What makes this even more frustrating is that I immediately contacted the store to address the damage and file a claim. I was told that I could not handle the claim myself and that the manager would take care of it. The manager told me he had everything he needed and would handle the claim, so I trusted that the situation was being resolved. Since then, I have received no communication, no claim update, and no information whatsoever about how or when I will receive reimbursement so that I can make things right with the person whose property was damaged. I paid for shipping and packaging with the expectation that my item would be handled and packaged appropriately. Instead, the item was damaged, and now I am left trying to get answers about a claim that the store told me they would handle. This is completely unacceptable. If your store is selling packaging materials and offering packing/shipping services, customers should be able to trust that their items will actually be packaged appropriately and handled with care. At the very least, there should be clear communication when something goes wrong. I also emailed the store email they reply to and never received a response.

  If you’re looking for exceptional service for shipping, your delicate items I use the Cockeysville UPS store and I’ve never been disappointed. They’re very resourceful and they are also very informed. I am always greeted in a friendly manner. They have a customer for Life !
