The so called supervisor Mr. Kevin Foster (no proof if that's his real name) did not seem to care. Did not ask for my name or address. I even showed him the pictures. Over the years, I have submitted several complaints, but unfortunately, I have only encountered a nonchalant attitude in response. Recently, I have experienced multiple instances of receiving letters and packages addressed incorrectly, including a neighbor's medication that was delivered to my home, despite them living several blocks away. This not only raises significant privacy concerns but also illustrates a disturbing lack of attention to detail in handling mail. Additionally, I have noticed that our mail carrier often uses his cell phone while delivering mail, which raises concerns about his focus and professionalism on the job. I have reported this behavior to the Postmaster, but once again, my concerns were met with indifference. I urge you to address this unprofessional service and consider sending management to the Clinton location to assess and improve the situation. It is crucial for our community that we receive reliable and respectful postal service. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I hope to see positive changes soon. Sincerely, P.B.
