- RRRoxyAug 8, 20261.0Today I went to this UPS Store to return an Amazon package, and honestly, this was one of the most ridiculous and illogical experiences I’ve ever had. It was my first time returning something, and I was surprised to find out that they charge $1 for tape and also charge you to print your own return label. If they are going to charge for everything, what is the logic of making the customer do it themselves instead of simply having the staff take care of it? I was very disappointed with the experience. #I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

To top off the terrible customer service, they charged me $1, to put a small piece of tape on a box, not even a courtesy piece of tape. It’s not about the $1, courtesy goes a long way, I’ll be sure to skip this UPS store!
