  No stars. Since the Clarksville office finally opened the service has steadily deteriorated. 1) most recently, just now, I received a priority mail box that was left out in the rain - no notice that it had arrived but luckily I checked. this is the second time a package was left in the rain, both times a package containing food. On another occasion a similar package was left out by the road. The carrier could easily have walked today the 10 feet from where s/he left the package and put under the overhang but today, and last time, chose not to do so. No plastic covering was put on or over the package - which UPS routinely does. 2). Twice I've tried to get mail held while away and twice it was not held 3) Routinely I get other peoples mail. I can only guess where some of my mail ends up. 4) I tried to call the post office b ut of course all you can find is an 800 number and talk to a robot.

  No one there to answer doorbell for package drop. I can clearly hear them in the back too.
