I would like to recognize Padma and Divine at The UPS Store #5730 for their outstanding customer service and professionalism.
Our team at YT Courier Enterprises was working under a tight deadline to prepare a professionally assembled proposal binder package for official submission, which included technical proposals, pricing documentation, solicitation amendments, custom tabbed dividers, and presentation-ready formatting. Padma and Divine went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed accurately, professionally, and on time.
Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to assist made a significant difference in helping us meet our deadline. Thank you for a job well done!

I brought a package in and didn’t have the right return sticker, the worker directed me to their computer and I asked for help, he embarrassed me and said can’t you figure it out. I promptly left and went the Germantown location and they were great and helped me with the return. I will never go back after my experience.
I’ve gone to this UPS store several times, never had an issue. Quick in and out.
Today the store manager “Padma”, was the one assisting customers. Not only was he rude but when I gave him my Drivers license he questioned where I lived and stated I had the “wrong address”. It was not the wrong address, that’s my old address from when I first got my license. The name on the package is my name, I’ve never had this problem before.
Then he told me to give him my new address, in front of several customers, not in a polite way, I had to give him my personal address in front of several people. Where is the privacy and respect? This was not handled properly.
The person who normally helps me (African American guy), is so respectful and I’ve never had a problem with him.
Rude and bad customer service from the manager.

This place has 1 star for a reason. Update: The very important time sensitive documents were not done properly, the dates did not match. After he stamped the docs he walk away abruptly left us high and dry to figure it out on our own I know we put the correct date. I believe out of anger this person purposely put the incorrect date knowing it would cause us issues. Now we have to redo EVERYTHING!
What should have been a quick, routine notary visit turned into an unnecessarily slow and disorganized experience. Despite no line, I waited to be acknowledged, was set aside without service, and ultimately told—after 15 minutes—that I could have gone elsewhere for free. For anyone needing efficiency and professionalism, this location falls short.

Thie owner of this store is an irresponsible, nasty, cold man. Today, after giving him a return to Amazon, he would not allow me to take a picture of the shipping label of the item in question. He then came out from the counter and grabbed my arm as I tried to take a photo of the shipping label. I will be filing a police report. Stay away.
