Luckily no damage was done to her car. When I run into other people I know there they all come out saying how unfriendly the staff is.

- NNNicNov 1, 20235.0I missed a signature-required delivery while away, they (staff at this location; fifteen minutes before close, at that) were super cordial and apologetic that it was taken for delivery again after I’d requested to pick it up, and they were very forthcoming and transparent about when it would be delivered so that I could make it home in time to receive it. They even called the delivery driver to see if the package would be dropped off or taken back on that business day, “just so you know what to expect.” I couldn’t ask for better customer service.
