I have been coming to this location for many years never encountered a bad experience. However on Thursday that lady with twisted gray was so unprofessional with me . Is it because I have an accent ( because with the previous customer she was pleasant)She was yelling at me like I was nothing. So unpleasant old lady.Shame on you . You would not or your love ones being treated like that.Sooo mean

I really hate coming to this post office but unfortunately, this is the only post office close to my house but this one specific lady with some twist unfortunately, I didn’t see her badge name. She always has an attitude every time I go there that is always my experience. She’s never in a good mood.

It's a very old building. The workers are pleasant, but you can tell they are over worked and under paid. Sometimes there's no wait; other times, very long wait times. I've had to leave bc my lunch break is only 45 mins.

The good: Cynthia! She was a patient angel with me today, and I really respect and appreciate that she took the time to help me figure out what to do with my lost PO Box key and helped me fill out areas of the form I wasn't understanding. She even took the time to go to the back to confer with another employee (supervisor?) and got me approved to keep the same box, and tried reducing the fees as much as possible. She was polite and informative despite being overworked. She gets all 3 of the stars. The bad: Only Cynthia was working! I spent about an hour there; 30-40 minutes for standing in line the first time, 5 minutes to fill out the form, and then another 15-20 minutes in line the second time. Everytime I go in there is one person working the registers and the line of people is 10-20 long, sometimes snaking out to the outside of the building. They need 2, preferably 3 folks working the registers at this busy location. There is only 5 parking spots and two are handicap only, so you have to pray there is street parking or park at the gas station across the street. A few times I've gone right before or right after their opening hours and waited, along with a small crowd, for an employee to open the door. I waited 15 minutes before leaving, because at that point the office should have opened 40 minutes prior.
