  Absolutely awful customer service. Fed Ex kept saying that our package was “undeliverable due to security gate” there is no security gate or anything close to one around the perimeter of our house. After a phone call with customer service and 3 days later the package was still not delivered so we called again and opted to have them bring it to this particular location for us to pick it up. Our package was addressed to my partner’s preferred name and not her legal name, because of this they refused to release the package to us. Understandable if following company protocol, however they refused to help us problem solve or give us any help in what we can do to be able to pick up the package. No proof of address no nothing, they just flat out refused to give us our $600 package with nothing other to say than “sorry its company policy”.

  I have been shipping my ELhyme boxes from this FedEx location for almost a year, and it’s always a really solid experience. The store is clearly well managed, everything runs smoothly, and the team works together in a way that makes a difference when you’re coming in with multiple packages. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been courteous, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Even during busy times, they keep things moving. As a small business owner, having a dependable place like this takes a lot of stress off my plate. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care they put into what they do.

  This location is deplorable. I was only 1 of 2 customers in the store and me & the other guy both waited over 10 minutes while the 2 workers were doing everything but assisting me & the other customer. The 2 workers were black, and myself (a white guy) as well as the other customer (a man of Indian heritage) were both ignored entirely by the 2 workers. When a black customer came in, however, he was greeted with a smile by the 2 workers and helped immediately. This sort of behavior is disgustingly on the part of these 2 workers, and is racism, pure & simple. Perhaps these workers should show their appreciation of being able to work for a company founded & run by whites and other non-blacks by treating all of their customers with respect, but that is clearly not the case here. I immediately took my business to the nearby UPS Store where myself, as well as a number of other customers (the UPS store attracts a lot of business unlike this FedEx location, which is always empty, and for good reason) were helped in a prompt, efficient & courteous manner.
