  Only because of Bryan the store manager he's unbelievable needs to be cloned and copied the other person was needs other employment enough about that .Bryan rock I don't do this ever but just had a stroke this guy act helped me big ups to him

  The people are friendly, and the place is very neat, however that is as far as it goes in terms of professionalism; with all due respect, I came in and brought a shipping box with roughly 30 pounds of goods in there and I explained I saw a fixed price online of around $53. I was surprised to find out that the initial quote the service desk person told me is anywhere between $140-$500. I immediately panicked and explain that wasn’t in my budget but without any further direction from their end, I purchased a smaller box thinking it would resolve the issue. The front person then told me figure it out online, as I had mentioned again the price I saw. I did figure it out online and it was a flat rate shipping box that I was thinking about— the extra large box and the box I purchased are good in comparison (mine was 16x16x16, their flat rate is 15x14x6). I’m not upset because as mentioned the people are pleasant and respectful; in conclusion, it would be a better experience if the employees have expertise in handling shipping logistics because it would improve quality of service. Thanks!

  Absolutely awful customer service. Fed Ex kept saying that our package was “undeliverable due to security gate” there is no security gate or anything close to one around the perimeter of our house. After a phone call with customer service and 3 days later the package was still not delivered so we called again and opted to have them bring it to this particular location for us to pick it up. Our package was addressed to my partner’s preferred name and not her legal name, because of this they refused to release the package to us. Understandable if following company protocol, however they refused to help us problem solve or give us any help in what we can do to be able to pick up the package. No proof of address no nothing, they just flat out refused to give us our $600 package with nothing other to say than “sorry its company policy”.
