The guy doesn't treat people polite neither open the glass and talk very arrogant. Some of this usps staff feels like the Olympus Gods. I suggest give to the staff some training in how treat people.

- RARaine AMar 21, 20261.0The postal worker at this location rubbed me the wrong way. Firstly, she was looking for something in her car when she should've been working. Her coworker had to call her inside because she was busy assisting a customer and had to go to the back. I placed my bubble envelop on the scale and told her I was shipping via media mail. She then picks my package up and begins to feel around it. She asked if it was media mail and why it was so thick. It was "thick" because I had wrapped the paperback in bubble wrap before putting it in the envelop. I did this because the bubble envelop is thin and previous paperback orders arrived to customers damaged. She then says they might open it and I said go ahead. I know what media mail is and what is and isn't allowed. I've been an author for 6 years and never had a postal worker feel around my packages. What if my package was in a box. Then what? She surely can't feel around a box. Then she had the audacity to start questioning me: What's the title of your book? Is it on Amazon? Like she was trying tocatch me in a lie. I won't be back at this location.
