- DSDilik SadillayevJun 30, 20261.0I would like to submit a complaint regarding my experience during a pickup at this USPS facility. This was my first time picking up a load at this location. When I arrived, I rang the doorbell and waited approximately 10 minutes before someone answered. The man shown in the attached photo opened the door and, without greeting me or asking why I was there, immediately asked in a rude tone, “Do you have a badge?” When I replied that I did not, he slammed the door in my face without offering any explanation or assistance. As I was walking back down the stairs, another gentleman wearing a white shirt kindly opened the door, politely asked for my information, verified my pickup, and explained which dock I needed to use. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help. Thank you very much to him for treating drivers with respect. My question for the employee in the attached photo is: if visitors and first-time drivers are not allowed to use this entrance without a badge, why is there a working doorbell installed? It would be much more helpful to place a clear sign on the door stating, “Employees Only” or “Badge Required for Entry.” This would prevent confusion and unnecessary negative interactions. Professionalism and respectful communication are essential, especially when dealing with drivers who are simply trying to complete their pickups. I hope this matter will be addressed so that future visitors receive the same respectful treatment provided by the gentleman in the white shirt, Thank you for your time and attention
