Your nasty attitude and what you said to the customer in which the camera prove you wrong!! You should be apologizing. People like you makes businesses reputation go down. Just know it’s been reported to higher authority.
- SHstacy howardOct 4, 20261.0I had to give a star to rate I am contacting customer support because I am facing a major issue with a large return dropped off at the UPS Store in Capitol Heights. I dropped off all my return items at this location. However, the store staff applied the incorrect labels to my packages. When I returned to resolve this, the store manager, Ama, initially claimed I was never there and then stated the items were taken back. After reviewing the store camera footage, she admitted the footage proved I did drop off all the items, and that they were left in the store's custody. Never apologize for making false accusations. Despite this, she refused to provide a resolution or fix the tracking data. Because the UPS staff mislabeled my items, the tracking numbers on my account may not update correctly. Since video evidence confirms UPS took possession of my items and made a labeling error, I am requesting a manual supervisor review to override the tracking status and process my refund. I have my drop-off receipt ready to provide as proof of custody. Please escalate this to a billing or returns supervisor. AMA needs customer service training!
