Dropped off some ink cartridges and a short lady with short gray hair, didn't get her name but she is a manager of some sort, was very rude and not clear on instructions. No greeting just ordering around as to where to go to drop off. Then, because I was apparently in the wrong spot, she decided to let me know in another very rude way. Not too good of customer service to be a manager.

It is very rare these days for an employee to go above and beyond to offer great customer service. Tim, from the print shop, did just that for me yesterday. I had inadvertently left a few sheets from some construction drawings by the register. He saw them when cleaning up, remembered that I had made the purchase. Went through the trouble of finding my receipt, which had my member number on it, and made the call to let me know I was missing those documents. Documents I needed for an inspection I had first thing this morning. Thanks for going above and beyond, Tim. Good job!

Love that you can go here and get your Amazon packages returned easily but the sales associates are so grumpy. Always leave here feeling like I ruined their day just by existing. Maybe a training class on good customer service would be a nice idea.

You have to wait a day or two for laminations? When did staples start that. Its an inconvenience to everyone in your area. Easier to just buy a laminator online. Do better.
