  05/19/2026, Tuesday, 02:35 PM I asked your associate lady in an empty store to help me with three packages. Two were Amazon returns & one was a prepaid parcel. She directed me to the self service desk. Two people came into the store after me & she attended them right away. The collection bin was full, so I brought that to the associate's attention & she interrupted me that she was helping the person who she was done with at the counter. Please close your store if you are not there to serve clients. Absolute disgrace!

  Horrible employees. This young African American man in his 20s in which we do not know the name of makes absolute disgusting remarks towards women and minors needs to be put away. Very inappropriate

  Had friends and family go to this place for returns and always had a bad rep, went there myself and some ppl shouldn't have jobs that involve customer service if they cant control their mouth.

  Horrible staff. Needs to be fired. My daughter walked in to return an amazon order and was asked by a worker there the reason for returning the dress. It is not his responsibility to ask anything by the way. She says it is too big and he replies with “You do not look small.” Completely inappropriate response, extremely rude and unprofessional. When she walked in she told him that she has amazon returns and he said “I could help you, but I don’t want to.” There was another girl in there who looked about 14-15 years. As she was leaving he said “I wish I could go with you.” How gross. This is not the first time we have had problems with this creep. He has previously asked my daughter her age and continued to make odd remarks knowing she is underage. He makes these comments to multiple women and girls. Very inappropriate and disgusting. Will not be going back here. I do not know this man’s name so I cannot specify the exact employee. All I know is he was a young african american man who appears to be in his early or mid 20s. He needs to be fired.

  My wife went to return an item to Amazon. No one was out front and when your associate finally appeared all she did was look up from her phone and point to the self serve machine. My wife only found shipping bags too large plus the machine didn't work because it wouldn't provide a receipt. So your associate had to help my wife after all. She displayed the following behaviors: complete disinterest, poor communication and lack of professional customer service. It's a shame since it's so close but you've lost a customer. It is not comfortable patronizing a store that is so unwelcoming.
