- MGMadonna GemsDec 12, 20241.0I'm not sure what is going on with this post office and the person(s) that deliver our mail on Haviland Mill Road. I am getting neighbors mail. My other neighbor is getting other neighbors packages. Isn't it bad enough that we need to worry about individuals stealing mail but our delivery person is giving it to others anyway?? The mail person puts our mail in our mailbox and brings our packages up to the house. Is there a reason that they can't go a step further and bring the mail up also. Not to mention that getting hold of a real person on the phone is like winning the lottery. Customer service has gone to hell in a handbag with our mail delivery.
- KLKatherine LoiaconoDec 18, 20191.0A busy time of the year with a long line and just 1 person working and working is a stretch since he looked as if he was trying to go as slow as possible. One man said he could wait to go back to get his package because of the long line and he said oh well with a shrug and went out back never to return. We waited and waited and finally I left because who takes a break while there is a line of customers without saying anything to anyone. The post office really hires some winners!! Good job USPS!!
