I went to this location because it was along the way to my destination. And I'm doo happy it was because I met Andy. He gives you that same feeling Woody gets from Andy on Toy Story. Literally lights up a room! His smile is infectious and possess that great customer service that is hard to find these days. I only know his name because another customer was there to pick up his packages and I yelled for help because we didn't see anyone at first. So the customer was like his name is Andy. Now I will never forget. Please support this post office so it can stay open. Didn't even know that the surveys help keep them open until Andy told me so I'm passing the message on.

Okay I’m coming over a year later with this review but whoever processed my passport— receipt has it listed as “clerk 33”created the worst experience for me ever. She gave me a hard time about trying to do a walk in appointment to get a passport even though the website clearly said they did walk in appointments. She tells me to make an appointment but as I’m making it she decided she could just fit me in while I was there… (nobody was there in the first place so she gave me a hard time for no reason). I had given her all the documents which I needed, I quadruple checked before I even got there to make sure I had everything, and after I paid and she processed it I thought that was it. Mind you I paid to expedite my passport but weeks later I hear back from the passport agency that only some of my documents were received. A year plus later, I’m still struggling to get my money back and my birth certificate and the information I sent in. I don’t know what she did wrong but this whole mess started at this location and if she never intended to do it right she didn’t have to do it at all. And I know for a fact all the information was there cause she asked me for each aspect from the birth certificate, ssn, to the passport photos and I handed her everything, she never indicated I was missing anything and I know I wasn’t. She made the process terrible and I hope she doesn’t work there anymore. I wish I remembered her name but the older brown skin lady in the passport division, you are lazy, miserable and incompetent.

My experience with USPS was terrible and so upsetting until I stopped by and tried this one. I lived in Laurel for 10 years and when the three locations were open we were so poorly treated that I had to drive to another place (Savage, Burtonsville). I moved to Brentwood this August and went to this location and was treated so well, with so respect and Kimberly did all she could to help me and my disabled husband. 10 stars to her and to Andrew who also works there. 10 starts!!! I am very very please! Thank you!!!!

I often wonder why this post office even exists. When we travel I usually submit a stop mail form expecting to be able to pick up the bundle we we return, but because they don't have a hand in delivering the mail (despite being the designated post office for the town) we can't do that. Even if you could their hours are only from 9am to 3pm, open too late to stop by before and closed too early to stop by after work. Instead you have to call some other facility miles away to ask them to resume delivery. I wish they would just close it and combine those operations with the Mt. Rainier post office only 2 blocks away. Seems like a waste of money not to.

The best service I've EVER had at a post office! The young lady (with the awesome blue nail polish) greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in the door. She patiently helped me determine the best way to ship a book & some clothes. Super friendly, I wish I got her name because she really deserves recognition. I'd drive the 5 miles just to come back here again. Thank you!
