- WCWill CoxAug 6, 20261.0Not sure how this place is open, I've figured out one of their schemes. Do not use the outside drop box without scanning or just go elsewhere to mail it, like Virginia, not even kidding. It's 3rd item to just go missing. So if you use the outside drop box without scanning they'll just pick and choose which items they want to take, it's worse than the airport. I'm sure non of the security cameras are working either, filing a formal complaint online tomorrow with USPS. Ridiculous that you can't trust the post office. For the record the lady behind the counter today said they don't scanning the items dropped in outside receptacle, just sent to main hub. Really? I'm guessing that was a lie too, checking with HQ tomorrow.

- GGGary GoldbergJun 3, 20261.0Went to mail a package. Nobody there for 15 minutes despite 2 people coming out to say that someone was coming. Line went from 1 person to more than 10 with many opting not to wait and leaving.
- PRPerry RApr 22, 20261.0Will often damage your packages and leave them wherever, despite constantly raising prices. Prices go up yet quality is mediocre. I would suggest looking into FedEx and UPS for larger packages they offer economy options which are sometimes a dollar or two cheaper and many access points for drop off available.
