  I want to take a moment to give a huge thank-you to the owner and staff at the UPS Store on Annapolis Road in Bowie, Maryland. This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The first time I experienced their kindness, I was there with my sister. I had been sitting in a very hot car and eventually couldn’t take the heat anymore, so I came inside. The owner noticed that I looked dehydrated and fatigued. Without hesitation, he went and got me a bottle of water and gave me a seat so I could sit down and recover. That simple act of kindness meant so much to me. Then, on another occasion, I went there with my niece because we were trying to make copies of flyers for her lost cat. We got to the end and realized we didn’t have enough money to pay for all the copies—and we hadn’t even made as many copies as we needed. My niece was extremely frustrated, and you could see the tears in her eyes. The owner saw what was happening and, instead of making us feel embarrassed or turning us away, he gave us approximately 25 additional copies at no charge while we searched through the car and pieced together whatever money we could find. That was incredibly generous. But he didn’t stop there. He even offered to leave one of our lost-cat flyers in the store so that if someone came in and saw it, they could contact us if they had any information. That showed me that this wasn’t simply about running a business—he genuinely cared about helping people. You don’t come across that kind of kindness and compassion everywhere. The people at this UPS Store are warm-hearted, polite, helpful, and truly customer-focused. Because of the way they treated me and my family, I will gladly pass other UPS Stores just to come to this one. Great customer service, generosity, kindness, and people who genuinely care—that’s what you’ll find here. Thank you for treating people with kindness and humanity. It truly makes a difference! ❤️

  The employees stole 4 pairs of sneakers from me, then waited to tell the store owner that I had came to the store to inquire about the missing sneakers until after the cameras deleted the footage from the days the shoes went missing. The owner reached out to me when I had the police come to the store to do an investigation and said that he would give me back my money when StockX said they would not pay me for shoes that never left the store. He did not and never produced a business license. Don’t go here. They steal. Also, I wrote a review about this incident last year and they removed it.
