I had love letters of my parent copied and printed and bound at Staples and they did a great job. I will give the copies to my siblings at our upcoming family reunion. Staples did a great job and the employees are always so helpful

Good place for package returns because they close later then other store that take in return packages. Go place to make copies, get blow up for posters, banners, etc.

I've used several Staples locations in the area, but the Bowie store has become my go-to for both business and personal printing projects. The team consistently delivers high-quality work and exceptional customer service. They are helpful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly and on time. The reason for four stars instead of five is a phone interaction I had today with an employee named Neeraj. I called regarding a print order and explained that I was on a deadline and had successfully handled similar orders over the phone with this location before. Instead of helping me find a solution, I was repeatedly directed back to the website, even after explaining that I had already tried that route. Because of the time crunch, I'll be driving to the store to get everything squared away. I'm confident the team will help, as they always have, but the interaction left a bad taste in my mouth because it was so different from the outstanding service I've received from everyone else at this location. Overall, the Bowie Staples team has earned my business, and I'll continue using them for future printing needs.

Worst staff. Service sucks here. Dont come during the lunch rush because hardly anyone is available to help you. The staff moves slow despite long lines of people waiting. I was here to get a simple document print order and waited 20 mins. Meanwhile the staff were slow moving.
