I simply asked to verify the address where my mail was being shipped, and she immediately became unprofessional and rude. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I reported the incident to the manager because this level of customer service is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
