The last time I came was because I had a money order and it was for the wrong amount so I had to return it. Associate who helped me made a scene about it. He frequently took all the money that he had in his pan and waved her around saying I don't have enough money to cash your money order. He then told me that I would have to drive around to different USPS locations to find one that has enough money to cash it. The location itself is in horrible condition. Definitely not an establishment you would expect in Montgomery County, Maryland. I really don't have one good thing to say about this location and suggest going to a different post office if possible.

Most recently, they “delivered” my wedding dress and noted that I signed for it when I absolutely did not because no one was home that day. The seller contacted me an hour after USPS claimed it had been delivered stating that the package could not be delivered and I needed to go to the post office. The staff is either non-existent or rude and unhelpful. On our visit we witnesses an employee respond extremely rudely to a woman who asked a simple question calmly. Someone needs to look into this location, something needs to change.
