- MAMariana AbrilJul 18, 20261.0They have lost my mail several times already. I moved to Bethesda back in January and did everything right in regards to changing my mailing address. Everything was going well and I kept receiving normal mail from January to end of April. At the end of April everything changed, I stopped receiving mail. The thing is -my partner is still receiving his! Both of our names are in the mailbox. This mailman/usps location hast lost and returned immigration paperwork to USCIS. It has also LOST (TWICE!!!!) my drivers license! I have gone to the MVA TWICE and paid $88 for each driver’s license and the postal service cannot seem to deliver it even though I can see the drivers license on the informed delivery app. What bothers me is that my partner got his license and his mail!!! Are they freaking sexist??? Why are they delivering only my partners mail and not mine ???? BOTH of our names are in the mailbox and I had said. We have gone multiple times to complain and seek a solution, and Ms. Brown has done NOTHING

- RCRenan de CamposJun 18, 20261.0The service here is really pathetic. They have very few employees working and the wait is always long. I dread coming here. The last time I came was because I had a money order and it was for the wrong amount so I had to return it. Associate who helped me made a scene about it. He frequently took all the money that he had in his pan and waved her around saying I don't have enough money to cash your money order. He then told me that I would have to drive around to different USPS locations to find one that has enough money to cash it. The location itself is in horrible condition. Definitely not an establishment you would expect in Montgomery County, Maryland. I really don't have one good thing to say about this location and suggest going to a different post office if possible.
