  Will never use this UPS again due to my experience with them 2 yrs ago. A package worth (US $400) that was supposed to be shipped to my niece in Sacramento CA never reached her, she tracked the number and found out that it was still with them in Westlake Dr, so I went to enquire with them taking my receipt and they said it was not shipped either, they start looking around but could not find it, they took my contact refunded my US $173 shipping cost and told me they were gonna call me back, but they didn't call me back and that package is still missing or maybe stolen.

  I just had an absolutely terrible experience at this UPS Store after being a loyal customer for over 15 years. The ownership recently changed, and unfortunately the atmosphere went from very friendly to extremely unfriendly. The new owner got into a shouting match with me and insisted that I provide the recipient’s UK tax ID in order to ship a professional book that I wrote myself — a $20 gift from me (the author) to the recipient in the UK. I was also told that the package could be returned with no refund, despite the fact that I paid nearly $60 for shipping. Does anybody know where the previous owners went? I’m looking for a new UPS Store ASAP, preferably near Montgomery Mall/Bethesda. :-(
