  I brought an Amazon return with its box because I told Amazon all shipping materials would be included. The man with the dreads takes the box throws it on the floor and bags the item. Cool. The next tiny return required a box. This man said I had to buy one. I forget he threw my other box on the floor so I leave. Then it dawned on me. I return ask for my box to which he appeared surprised but then asked someone else if the box was “ok to use” girl. Are you the box CZAR?? you regulate the box industry? So the white in charge says yea, it’s acceptable. Ha! So then dread goes you need to buys some tape for the box tho. Girl. Shettup. The box had the little circular tape tab to keep it shut, a clear sticker to seal that, and mind you the item was a pack of dental floss in a box that once contained a bed pillow. I showed white CZAR the tape closure and was given clearance to cross the bridge. Girrrrrlllll, a donation/tip jar will get you more spare change than these preschool tactics. This is Bethesda you don’t gotta go so hard for coins.

  ARROGANT, DISREPECTFUL AND VERY CONDESCENDING!! Please do NOT go here ever. People are extremely arrogant, rude and condescending. Brought in packages and they wanted to charge $1 each to put 1 strip of tape on 2 small packages. Have been to many UPS stores and never encountered such jerks. Staff at all other stores are usually nice and helpful. 3 guys just standing around and were pretty much making me feel cheap for not wanting to spend $2 on 5 cents of tape and 5 seconds each to close top of small boxes. I drove to westlake and will NEVER go back. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! Would love to hear from owner if this is how he wants to train staff to tun his small business.

  My experience at the UPS Store was just okay. The employee I interacted with seemed like he was trying to be polite, but there was an underlying sense of arrogance that made the interaction feel a bit uncomfortable. It almost came across as if he didn’t really want to be there, which affected the overall vibe. I couldn’t help but feel like I had to walk on eggshells just to ensure a smooth experience, which shouldn’t be the case for a basic customer service interaction. Maybe it’s just an off day or an isolated experience, but it did lead me to check and see if there was another store within walking distance.

  This store isn’t owned by UPS, so they refused to accept a high-value package. They couldn’t tell me anywhere that actually would accept the package (other than a UPS driver). Not helpful.

  Poor customer service, lack of comprehension, and a manager who is unwilling to provide his name due to questionable business practices. Employees are not properly trained, which leads to the spread of misinformation. If you want professionalism head to River Rd.
