- DLDenis LopezFeb 27, 20251.0Let me start off by saying never in my 20 years of living and going to the ocean pines post office have I ever been treated so horribly, I had scheduled an appointment for my baby to get his passport Thursday feb 27, I arrived 15 minutes early because I had to fill out a paper the ds-11 form which they have avilabe. As soon as I entered I stated that I had a passport appointment, the lady who was attending me asked if "the form was filled out" which I replied no I came to get it here to fill out, another employee turned toher and asked her if he should go get it for us" which she replied in a annoyed voice " no because they don't have it filled out". The guy basically gave away that they had the papers in the back but didn't want to get them... They told us to go to the library and print our own which we did go do, cost 60 cents, I then went back with the form filled out and waited in line, the same guy told us to go up and he said " we're not going to help you because your appointment is over" I was like wtw I then said but you guys take walk ins right and he said that only Tuesday and Wednesday, I was so annoyed atp and just asked if I needed anything else to bring since I had to now reschedule the appointment, and the guy said no. So I hope next visit they don't come up with some other bs as to why they won't help me 😒. Lazy people working here yall, hope this review helps others. Update just checked the walk in days on their website and it said " walk ins Tuesday - Thursday" till 3pm this just proves how lazy they were to do their job...
- ABAmanda BogdanDec 26, 20211.0After no one answered the phone I stopped in to try to get my mail delivered. It had been pulled from my box on my birthday and right before Christmas. The Ocean Pines branch is in contact with the carriers to be able to remedy my issue. There was a line and hardly anyone was wearing a mask. After waiting patiently I was told by the woman working she didn’t have time to help me despite me waiting as she helped all the folks in front of me, some for several minutes.
- TTTravelWithMeJun 30, 20211.0Called in a frantic moment because my daughters items were returned back to California based off me not adding a hyphen to my daughters send name. The items included her bridesmaid dress for a wedding. We paid for rush ordering and everything! Call spoke with danetta, worst experience ever. NO COMPASSION, straight ATTITUDE. I asked how this could have happened she begins to raise voice and rush me off phone saying “ Omg”! Really? Isn’t your job based on me sending mail? .
