- DHDon HutchinsNov 25, 20251.0They mark things held by customer request and never talked to the customer. On top they did deliver one of two in the same lot. They made it seem like oh yeah we do that. They don't have any other options I was told which sounds like bull.

Then they didn't even leave the package at my address because they said they needed a signature ( wich was I was never told ). So I call the post office to find out what time the carrier will be back to the post office so I can pick up my package. I called 10 times over a 4hr period. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! So of course I go to the post office and the package isn't there. Now I have wasted 2hrs of my day chasing a package around that I spent $40 to have delivered to my house. No wonder the USPS is hurting because of places like this.
