  Too bad zero is not an option. They scheduled delivery for 6/19 for our new refrigerator purchased from Sam’s Club. I called 5 times to reschedule. They sent confirmation of delivery for 6/19 8 am-12 pm. My husband decided to stay back from vacation to accept the delivery. The window came and went and no delivery. They canceled the freaking delivery without any notification and my husband is home alone for NOTHING!!! No one in the US answers the phone. Call center in the Philippines answers and read from a script. WORST experience Ever

  Unprofessional Service. They called to let us know they would be coming to our house, and we confirmed that we were home. However, as soon ass they arrived, they only left a rescheduling notice on our doorknob and left immediately. They did not ring the doorbell, knock, or provide any reason for their actions. As soon as we saw them leave, we called the same number back, but the call was not answered. the next day, I got a text message with a rescheduling link for 2 more weeks waiting time. We do not intend to purchase any products delivered by this company in the future.

  On my fourth rescheduled delivery. Just an awful company and terrible experience. Customer service say they will help but end up doing nothing!

  MILITARY: This company WILL NOT deliver on base. They will continuously mark your delivery as failed. I have given them guidance as to how to complete the delivery (call me), and they refuse. The last “attempt” featured a photo of the paperwork with my address on it. I will be encouraging Ikea US to review their contract as it is clear that their deliverables are not being met.

  If I could give them no stars I would. Paid for an LG oven with the added haul away of the existing one and installation. They showed up 3 hours before their window ( had to rush out of work) and when they arrived they claimed they would not perform any more than drop the new oven off. While I showed them the invoice where it clearly stated I paid for the additional services they loaded the new oven back in the truck and told me I had to deal with LG… fast forward a week, delivery day again, SAME ISSUE! This time I was told my home ‘is unsafe’ ( I have dogs but they were all crated securely, not that they are dangerous, but out of courtesy) because of the barking… again they were super rude and again they told me they would just leave the oven inside my door ( effectively blocking my hallway) . Again they said take it up with LG… and the saga continues… the rudeness of answering the phone with “what?” And the attitude overall of anyone I interacted with is unreal… and yet I’m without the oven I paid for …
