  I set up pick-up for an item I am trying to return. THREE times, RXO’s system rescheduled the pick-up day without asking if the day would work for me. The first two times I called and after spending too much of my time on the phone, I got the pick up day was rescheduled to a day I would actually be home. When it happened a third time (for the same order!) I had no patience left and at I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was told I’d be called by one in 30 minutes. Here I am, more than 2 hours later, no call. Do better. You can’t reschedule a pick-up that requires a person to be home without checking with the person first.

  Had a major appliance delivered and installed by RXO. They were fantastic. Since order placement at the store and delivery assignment to RXO, they followed up multiple times, were on-time within the time window provided, removed existing appliance to install the new one. They were very careful about the property, cleaned up after the job. Very humble, courteous, knowledgeable, professional people. I am very happy with their service. Will use them again when the opportunity arises.

  Too bad zero is not an option. They scheduled delivery for 6/19 for our new refrigerator purchased from Sam’s Club. I called 5 times to reschedule. They sent confirmation of delivery for 6/19 8 am-12 pm. My husband decided to stay back from vacation to accept the delivery. The window came and went and no delivery. They canceled the freaking delivery without any notification and my husband is home alone for NOTHING!!! No one in the US answers the phone. Call center in the Philippines answers and read from a script. WORST experience Ever

  Unprofessional Service. They called to let us know they would be coming to our house, and we confirmed that we were at home. However, as soon as they arrived, they only left a rescheduling notice on the doorknob and left immediately. They did not ring the doorbell, knock, or provide any reason for their actions. As soon as we saw them leave, we called the same number back, but the call was not answered. the next day, I got a text message with a rescheduling link for 2 more weeks waiting time. We do not intend to purchase any products delivered by this company in the future.

  MILITARY: This company WILL NOT deliver on base. They will continuously mark your delivery as failed. I have given them guidance as to how to complete the delivery (call me), and they refuse. The last “attempt” featured a photo of the paperwork with my address on it. I will be encouraging Ikea US to review their contract as it is clear that their deliverables are not being met.
