The ladies at store 5227 on Agora Dr are super friendly, fast and efficient. Whenever I go in it’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is very much appreciated. Olivia always has a smile on her face and happy to speak with the customers.

If it had only been once I’d let it go because everyone has a bad day. However, after the third time it’s time to write a review. Three different employees. I’m sorry you’re annoyed I have an Amazon return. I put it in the proper box. Side note, I was in there when an employee yelled at old lady because she didn’t box her return correctly. She messed up. No need to belittle her in front of everyone. She bought the tape and box and did what she was told (shaking the entire time). This was one of their teenage employees, who of course was wearing a cross around her neck. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Kohls for Amazon returns going forward.

Everyone who works here is so nice. It makes having to go ship a package exciting and happy because you get to interact with such helpful nice people. This ups team is so refreshing. I’d choose ups a million times over anything else for shipping and Amazon returns simply because of how friendly the team is. Kathy is especially so helpful and kind and you can tell she helps her team and sets a great standard. Thanks, UPS, for this team!

Apparently the only UPS mailing option available for documents at this UPS Store is Express, which struck me as odd... Otherwise it's USPS or some padded manilla envelope sent by ? (I didn't ask). Should have checked out Postal Solutions instead.
