If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. They have no real guidance in the store. I came to get my fingerprints done and was given the runaround, to the point that I had to go to another location, where the process was smooth and handled perfectly. I am a retail employee myself, so I understand that staffing issues happen. However, there are more effective ways to communicate and handle situations. I initially came on Monday to get my background check and was told that the person who handles it only works Tuesday–Thursday. So I came back the next day and waited in line for about 40 minutes, only to be told that the person was in a meeting and that I should come back before 4:30. I came back, waited in line again for about an hour, and was then told by a different employee that the person was not even working that day and that she wasn’t sure why I had been told to come back. This was a complete waste of my time. If the person wasn’t there that day, that should have been communicated from the beginning. I would have gone to another location instead of making multiple trips and waiting around. Very frustrating experience, especially when another location was able to handle everything smoothly. If you need something handled efficiently, I would definitely recommend going to a county location instead.

Went to mail an international package, Carolyn was incredibly rude. I've gone through this same process at several facilities, mailing to the same address, and I've never had anyone make it this unneccessarily difficult.

    1. The area to pick up packages they should have on Saturdays if someone is absent a person and not be closed. 2. The service during the week should be extended until 6pm or 7pm for the people that works 3. The postal office should be part of the federal employees and not separate so they can have better quality service

I like to know the reason why my package has been just sitting there for days. And of course my package is late now. The fact a review automatically gives a company an automatic star without any work just shows how pathetic, lazy, and entitled today's companies are in the US.

I’ve been using this USPS location for over a year, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I’ve visited, the staff have come across as unhelpful and dismissive. On multiple occasions, I needed to mail international packages and had questions about the process and required forms. Instead of guiding customers, the staff often provide minimal information and expect you to figure everything out on your own. I’ve also noticed similar interactions with other customers. I understand postal locations can be busy, but basic courtesy and a willingness to help should be part of the service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training so future customers have a more positive experience.
