Truly abysmal and down right rude service from the same employee every single time.
Carolyn (short older black woman with glasses) is so incredibly rude it’s crazy. I visit this post office multiple times a week and if you ask a singular question or even ASK HER TO DO HER JOB you are met with attitude….unprovoked. Every I visit is in the middle of a contentious interaction. It’s shocking to me that a person so miserable in their job could still be allowed to keep it with her constant negative behavior.
If you encounter her be sure to leave a negative review on the cc terminal for her. Let’s get this lady out of here!!

The old black lady with glasses that works here is miserable and useless. It literally says online that I can come here and get a paper passport application for me to fill out before my appointment to make it go faster. She says “oh well not my problem I don’t have any applications print it out” Not everyone has access to a printer! They’re useless & unprofessional! It’s 1pm and the line has 10 plus people waiting with just that old black lady taking her good ole time.

Unbelievable that a huge post office has 1 employee behind the counter at 10:30 in the morning
I waited 3 minutes to drop off 3 pre paid packages
Its not surprising that nobody uses US mail anymore

This faulty lost my pastport in their own faulty. The counter person I was working with didn't even bother to look for it. They said someone was going to call me. They called to tell me they didn't have it, so why my number be asked for. So one of the US postal police took the time and really looked for my pastport,
