  Horrible post office. Kept yelling at a lot of people, most didn’t speak english to get behind the poles…how about you all just get a line sign that says “Start”. Very rude to customers and none of them had attitudes only the workers did. Would not recommend this spot or they need to rehire!

  Do not ever use USPS, use a real service. They lost my 400$ item, delivering it to different address and then refused to tell me where because they didn't feel like looking in the computer.

  My mailbox is large for big envelopes . The magazines that are always in them. The letter carrier 's where told . DO NOT BEND OR FOLD THE ENVELOPES. And they still do. It's time to let the man or woman in charge. About this again. Location Zip Code is 21224-3837. First Class mail should not be delivered this way. Sometimes I have to call the publishing company to send a replacement magazine(s). Some of the employees at this location act like two year olds. BE ADVISED U.S.P.S. EMPLOYEES. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. AND I WILL CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN . WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. Up Date: 08/16/2023. Letter Carrier on this day can't follow instructions. They are still doing the things when they told not to. ( DO NOT BEND OR FOLD THE ENVELOPES). If they can't follow instructions. They need to be terminated. They get a zero for customer service. STOP ACTING LIKE CHILDREN. JANUARY 9, 2024. IT IS RAINING TODAY. THE U.S.P.S. EMPLOYEE IS WALKING DELIVERING MAIL. He is carrying the mail. In his hand causing it to get wet. And no attempt to keep the mail dry. MAGAZINE AND CALENDAR is shocking wet. All my mail was wet. The other resident mail was dry. This is an ongoing problem. And I will continue to complain. Every time the U.S.P.S. EMPLOYEE(S) screw up. They what for rainy days too this. And other people get there mail the day before. Grow up U.S.P.S. employees. March 3, 2026 It's raining today. And it's happening again. The letter carrier who delivers mail on my block. Is leaving the mailbox open. Causing the mail to get wet. And I saw three other mailboxes left open. And when it is not raining. They're closed.
