The employee seems to have full discretion over how late to arrive in the morning, how long of a lunch break to take, and how early to close in the afternoon. You take your chances here. Often queues gather at the door waiting for the place to open. Weird.

On my first visit, I arrived at 4:50, right before closing, and the woman behind the counter says that she is closed. “How odd,” I thought, I didn’t know that they could close at their own discretion! Next time I went, it was 3:30 and the place was dark, it seemed like someone never came back from their lunch break. I waited for 20 minutes just to see, but it stayed empty. I love the USPS, but this store is an example of the worst of it. Disgraceful.
