Once in a while I need to actually go into a post office, most recently it was a good experience, the postal associate was polite which was appreciated and very helpful for what I needed.

Never open on time. Employees always late to open in the morning and after their lunch break (which runs from 1-2:30 pm)

I go there to deliver packages at least once a week, so I have plenty of experience with this location. Unfortunately, the service can be very inconsistent. They often seem to take long lunches past the posted reopening time, and there have been days when they are not open even though their hours say they should be. There is also frequently a long line, which seems to be caused by poor timing and organization.
The workers are usually kind, but the location does not feel very reliable or efficient. I will continue going here because it is the closest option to me, but I dread the trip every time because I am never sure whether they will actually be open.
