- LLLannyAug 13, 20261.0This branch has been a problem for my family over the last 12-15 ,years. Same issue; miss deliveries, missing mail, refusing to place the mail in the mail slot or mailbox. And oh boy, their attitudes are atrocious. Spoke to the manager several times over the past 12-15 years and she never admits fault. She ALWAYS uses the same excuse that the regular delivery person was off and the substitute is new on the route. Says, we all make mistakes. I think there should be a federal investigation. 🤔

Multiple times they have not opened on time, sometimes over an hour late, no explanation, no sign on the door. Have an appointment? It doesn't matter. I've had them cancel appointments without telling me and then claim they called (they didn't), and have also made Saturday appointments only to show up and be told that the person who does those appointments "never works on Saturdays." The cherry on top is of course that most of the employees are actually hostile.

Turned in a change of address card to a young lady who, when asked if I needed to show her my ID after I read I needed to, said no. I was confused but thought she knew more than me, despite the fact she was sitting on her phone… I worked for the post office in Herndon VA and worked with a great, hard working group of people. I assumed work ethics would match no matter where the branch was. I was wrong. The information was not processed correctly and initiated me needing to provide verification which disabled my mail from being sent to my new address. For personal reasons, I needed my mail to not be sent to my old address. Understandably this really irritated me. Do better. If you don’t wanna work somewhere, don’t, I know the pay is too beneficial for such negative work ethic.
