One week the interior mailbox was locked (before regular hours) so you couldn't just drop off a small package. Another week the windows were closed entirely due to understaffing. The next week, the front door was locked at 9am when the lobby was supposed to be accessible since 6:30 am. These inconsistencies waste people's time.

The office door was locked and two ladies were sitting inside on their phones. I knocked lightly. They didn't look up. I waited a few moments and knocked again. One lady glared up over her phone (with her mouth open) and I asked "are you open?". She responded "the door's locked, ain't it". Apparently, the office is open till 5pm, but "full service" is only open till 4pm. My mistake...but they could have looked up and told me that they closed at 4pm. My wife had a negative experience with the staff there last week too.

I made a passport appointment, received electronic confirmation, waited a week for the appointment; then when I showed up was told that the "agent is out today." It turns out that this location is completely unable to handle passport services; the woman at the counter finally told me that she has no confidence in this location, so take that for what it's worth.
