- KCKenneth CrandallAug 25, 20181.0Don't go to this location. I've honestly never written a review for anything before but I feel compelled to write one for this UPS store. First off the staff is rude, I completely agree with what all the other reviewers have written. Never before have I been someplace where everyone just seems to have utter distain for their job. On top of that they charge $5 just to drop off a package that has already been paid for... I've never heard of this and honestly it sounds like a scam. In addition, I shipped a package from this location and they charged me an extra $3 fee in addition to the regular UPS shipping fee. This place is an outright scam and should be closed because it gives UPS and the UPS store a bad name. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before going there and taken my business elsewhere. I have also complained directly to the UPS store corporation about my treatment at this location.

- SPSimon PollockMay 6, 20141.0Inconvenient despite the location. No drop-off fee advertised, and attitude from staff is probably a direct result of having to surprise people with the handling fee. I'd be pissed too if I constantly surprised people with a hidden fee -that sucks. Tl;dr: $5 drop-off fee, not worth it, don't take staff demeanor personally.
