    I had a very upsetting experience at this UPS Store on May 6, 2026. I came in to send important documents and was offered a regular ground advantage option that was supposed to arrive by Friday 8. However, the person assisting me repeatedly pressured me to pay nearly three times more, saying my documents could "get lost, might not arrive for a month, or might not arrive at all" if I chose the cheaper regular option. I also felt uncomfortable because he looked at the contents of what I was sending and made comments about them. The interaction felt disrespectful and unnecessarily intimidating, especially since I am a student and could not afford the more expensive option. I left worried about whether my documents would actually be sent properly. I expect a shipping store to provide clear options, respectful service, privacy, and reliable handling - not pressure tactics or comments about personal documents. I would not recommend this location unless management addresses these issues.

    I paid for a shipping service (It wasn't just a dropoff). The personnel were so nice to me. 3 days later, I had to modify the delivery instructions (and only the sender can do that —when you pay a waybill in a UPS Store, they are technically the sender from UPS pov—), so I called them and someone who wasn't neither of the nice personnel told me, "call UPS Costumer Service, don't call me again". I didn't even get mad, just shocked.

    I’m currently looking for a part time job because I’m low on funds. I came to this UPS to print my resume for a job interview so I email my resume to the store to print. For some reason they charge you $4 to “share the computer” on top of the cost of printing. This brought my total to $5 and change to print 3 pages. I literally did not have this because like I said previously I’m low on funds and looking for work so I asked if I could just pay to print because it doesn’t make sense that I have to pay $4 for them to use the machine they’d be using anyway and they said no and tore up my resume. The people at this UPS have no heart for people who are struggling and I would not recommend anyone go here.

    they let my bf pick up my package without me there and confirmed my identity through the phone. next package came in two boxes ordered to my office. paid to have it redirected to this store and they only redirected one of the two packages (non refundable btw). my bf went to pick up the package for them to say he couldn’t without me there, despite doing it a week before w no problems.

    Completely understand why this location has such a low rating, we should have checked the reviews before trying to give them our business. We are a out of state company that was told this location can complete pickup, pack and ship services. We work with many UPS store locations around the country and have never had an awful experience like this before. I called the day before and spoke to a very nice lady who was able to provide the correct email address to send our quote request information to. Following up the next day to confirm our request was received as we had not heard anything back yet, I called 4 times throughout the morning with no answer. Finally there was an answer, a Asian man picked up the phone and was completely rude and unprofessional so much so that we cancelled our request with this UPS store location all together. As a professional business to be laughed at over the phone for simply trying to verify our information for a pickup quote was received and ask when we can expect the quote, is unacceptable and completely unprofessional which I told him. He did not seem to have a care the world. We will pay more to work with a professional company rather than work with this location and its incompetent and rude employee.
