  Rude staff- and also refuse Amazon packages listed as no package needed and force you buy shipping although package is listed no label - no bag- drop off any ups location

  I had an item shipped to UPS access point. The service representative charged me $10 to pick up when UPS access point pick up should have been free. I am also a UPS My Choice Premium member. I tried to explain, but was met with the answer "I don't care". I will not be returning to this new location which is under new management and would not recommend it to others.

  Avoid at all costs! New owners nickel and dime everything. Bring back the old manager and staff!

  New ownership has done a great job of cleaning this place up and make me confident that my shipping items are well cared for. They are very service oriented and hard working. Two thumbs up!

  I can’t say enough good things about this store and their ownership! I utilized their service to receive my packages for 6 months during my pre-wedding time so I didn’t have to worry about registry packages being stolen and it was the best decision I could have made. The service itself was a major stress relief, but the staff was so kind and helpful the entire time, as well. I genuinely looked forward to going to pick up my packages, knowing they’d be there safe waiting for me with a smile.
