- SMSean Manning3 days ago1.0Things have gone downhill significantly since new management / staff took over. They have arbitrary rules now about the size of USPS returns, and the staff are incredibly rude. Doesn’t help when UPS staff laugh at you on your way out either. What happened to the previous staff who were all so friendly, helpful, and efficient?

They take their time to attend to everyone and treats every customer equally. Very neat also. Kudos to them
- ATAriana TantumJun 15, 20261.0I’ve dropped off USPS packages here very often with receipt, as recently as a few weeks ago, and the woman working today was incredibly rude and said they haven’t accepted USPS with receipt for 6 months. If this was a new rule I’d understand but this is a straight up lie. There should be a sign or notice provided if this is the case so customers don’t waste their time, plus the message could be delivered in a much nicer way.. very disappointing and frustrating.
