  I decided to use this location as an Access Point delivery site for the first time. Even though the store was busy when I went to pick up, I was attended to promptly and my package was found quickly. At that is the ONLY reason I'm giving 2 🌟. As the employee was handing me my package, he told me that there was a $10 fee. I was immediately confused because I have never been charged to pick up a package from a UPS Access Point before, especially because I choose sites that don't charge a fee to do so. When I asked the employee what the fee was for, I was told that this location is not an official Access Point site, so they charge to hold/store packages. That explanation was absurd and made no sense considering it's an official UPS store. Now, I did google and learn that these stores are independently owned, and they do have the right to charge fees if you don't a own box in the store or whatever, but $10 is ridiculous! I've had items shipped to The UPS Store in Inner Harbor, have never been charged a fee, and I don't own a box there either. I have two more packages coming in; one of which I was just notified couldn't even be delivered to the site due to some issue on their end. So, am I expected to pay a total of $30 in pickup fees??? The shipping cost for my order would never have reached that! So, just an FYI for anyone considering this location for access point delivery, just use the Michaels across the parking lot or The UPS Store in Inner Harbor if you don't want to pay a ransom demand for your packages. Nonsense!

  I have shipped many packages here and they are very good at doing this activity. Went there yesterday for passport photos and uploaded them to the State Department...THEY WERE REJECTED so it was a total waste of the $ 21.20 that was charged to my credit card ! My wife took photos and they were accepted. Do not use UPS for this service. They better just stick to package shipments. UPS may be great at shipping packages but certainly not taking passport photos AS I HAVE ALREADY STATED from a first hand experience. As a lifelong small businessman the right thing to do is REFUND the money as a true means to say sorry. For me WORLD CLASS is the U.S.N.A. where I spent time, not a giant corporation named UPS. I guess the next step is for you to remove my review.

  My wife went in Yesterday to return and pick up packages and Brady helped her, she told me he had so much patience and was kind, despite her taking awhile for the returns. He has been a great addition to the team.

  The service was fast and dropping off my package was hassle-free. The staff is very efficient, and I didn't have to waste any time waiting in line.
