- MMMindySep 22, 20261.0Do not waste your time here. Dropped off a package for overnight shipping and it was incorrectly sorted at the store resulting in my package not being delivered on time. Not only did I waste my money I wasted my time calling UPS to get a refund. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
- KKKevin KingSep 13, 20261.0Absolutely Terrible. The employees are very rude and seemed as if they didn’t want to help, This was my wife’s experience about 2 weeks ago and I had to come in to see. I will not be using this location again.

I went to move my mailbox at the UPS store in Hanover to the UPS store at Canton Crossing. $770 a year for a small box? I understand that this is a franchise business and the franchisees gets to set pricing. But this is ridiculous. That’s more than double what I pay in Hanover. I’ll suffer the inconvenience of driving back down to Fort Meade to check my mail twice a week thank you very much. I will never do business with this store.
