The employee who helped me today at the printing shop went above and beyond to make my order as fast and simple as possible. I don't write many reviews, but she was so kind, patient, and helpful that I had to. THANK YOU for making a busy Mom and student's day much easier!!

I come to this Staples to do business all of the time. I am leaving a 1 star review today for a few reasons. When I walked up to the counter to be serviced, the 2 employees continued to talk despite seeing a customer standing there. That is fine, but a simple "we will be right there with you" will do. When he finally addressed me, he said, "What's up?" while walking over to me. I took a few seconds to answer because I was taken aback. Who addresses customers in that manner? Once it was time for me to pay, he went to another station where another customer was standing. That customer thought they were going to be helped, as did I. He then says, no I will be taking you over here. He tells me to stand to the side, which I obviously knew I would not stand back in line again. I waited on my phone for about 10min when he walks up to me with my order and says, "Your stuff has been sitting on the counter for a while now". I then say, "How was I supposed to know? You could have said something when it was ready." I don't know how upper management is training their employees, but you obviously need to do better. It doesnt make any sense why he thought he should be saying that to a customer. Am I supposed to watch them the entire time to see when my order will be ready? Was I supposed to walk up to the counter to keep checking? The fact that I said I didn't need my order today, but it was done within 10min is going to get undermined by my interaction with the employee.
