  We became customers of primo/ready refresh in spring of 2025 in Harford county MD and by the end of summer 2025 we were ready to cancel. Every single delivery day, they’d not show up and reschedule us at the last minute, often not even showing up on the rescheduled date they selected. They’d offer us free delivery and multiple free bottles for the next order to compensate, but often those orders wouldn’t even show up or would be incorrect. We were billed for multiple things we were promised for free. When we finally canceled, our empty bottles sat on our step for MONTHS before they randomly showed up to pick them up. They also sent us a bill for $170 or something along those lines claiming we owed them, yet our last four deliveries were supposed to be free according to them and only two of them ever showed up. I have a disability and my partner works a lot, I thought having water delivery would be convenient as opposed to having to buy/haul water ourselves but I ended up spending hours every week on the phone with their “customer service” and they always contradicted each other and never kept their word. It was truly a nightmare. I have never met or read a review from a single customer of theirs that has had decent service.

  Skipped all deliveries for MONTHS to go through 14 five gallon bottles on hand and their system kept adding on deliveries WITHOUT notification that I would have to check for weekly to skip. I didn't catch their most recent secret delivery because I was on vacation and that was the final straw. Do no use this company, their deceptive practices make me question everything about them.

  Primo Water Brands charges me a late fee every time I have a delivery. That is only 2 weeks after delivery. The invoice email always says $00 balance. No action needed at this time. But late fee shows up on my bill every time. I still am on hold with customer service after an hour. Customer service is awful. I will be looking for a new service.

  I represent a state agency and let me tell you the absolute displeasure of having to work with this company. They consistently delay their deliveries and even skip my monthly deliveries. Absolutely gross incomptence. I was supposed to receive a delivery today, and yup you guessed it. Delayed. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Also like someone said in a previous post, this only started when they merged with primo.
