  Primo Water Brands charges me a late fee every time I have a delivery. That is only 2 weeks after delivery. The invoice email always says $00 balance. No action needed at this time. But late fee shows up on my bill every time. I still am on hold with customer service after an hour. Customer service is awful. I will be looking for a new service.

  I represent a state agency and let me tell you the absolute displeasure of having to work with this company. They consistently delay their deliveries and even skip my monthly deliveries. Absolutely gross incomptence. I was supposed to receive a delivery today, and yup you guessed it. Delayed. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Also like someone said in a previous post, this only started when they merged with primo.

  Driver is always smoking, spitting, and plucking his cigarettes on my lawn. It's so disgusting!

  I had a water delivery scheduled for June 13th and they've changed the delivery date every day since then. On June 26th, I was on the phone for more than an hour waiting to speak with someone. The young lady I spoke with said I'd get the water delivery on the 27th. I checked the app after 4 am on the 27th and it's been rescheduled to the 30th. I already reached out to a competing delivery service because this is ridiculous. Update: The water delivery service has improved tremendously since July/August. Also, I get the accurate water delivery notifications. My only advice for Primo HQ is that if they decide to acquire another company in the future, have a team that coordinates the transition process and communication with customers.

  This company is a scam. I’ve had a recurring delivery of 5-gallon water bottles from them for years, but I never bothered to check the invoices against what they actually delivered. Recently, I ordered 35 bottles and only got 26, but I was still charged for the full amount. That got me wondering if this has happened before, so I went back and looked at all my invoices from today back to 2023. I found a bunch of charges for stuff I never ordered—like cups, iced tea, and cleaning products. I even checked my security camera footage to see if the driver mistakenly delivered those items, but nope! He just dropped off the water and slapped me with extra charges. This has been going on for over a year and a half! When I called to talk to a manager, she told me it was my responsibility to check these mistakes. I said I trusted them and didn’t think to double-check. She was only willing to dispute charges from the last 90 days and wanted proof of my claims for anything older. She asked for my contact to have leadership contact me back. I’m considering getting a lawyer involved because this is just not right.I found 14 extra charges so far and I will go back from the beginning. I won’t be using their service anymore. If you’re thinking about using them, be sure to check your invoices and deliveries carefully or it’s your fault. !!!!!
