- CSChelsea SheckellsDec 4, 20191.0DO NOT BOTHER with Pasadena Signs. As a small business myself, I wanted to bring my project to a local, small business. But I sent an email on 11/18 to the email address listed on the website. I waited patiently for someone to get back to me. On 11/27 I decided to call to see if my email was received. I was told it was and that Gary would call me around noon that same day. By 3pm, I had no call. I called again at 3:30pm and was informed that Gary or Jerry would call me before the end of day, if not by Monday. No one called - not on 11/27 and not that Monday either. I called on Tuesday morning (12/3) and was once again promised a call as soon as Gary was off of the other line. NO CALL - NO BUSINESS. I just called back today (12/4) to inform them I was taking my business elsewhere. It shouldn't be that hard!!!! Poor customer service and they clearly don't live up to their promises.
