This delay constitutes a direct violation of the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee (MBG) and a breach of the contractual obligation for time-definite service. Under the FedEx Service Guide and consumer protection standards regarding deceptive trade practices and false advertising, I am entitled to a full restoration of transportation charges for this failed "guaranteed" delivery. I hereby demand an immediate refund of the premium fee, as the operational integrity of this service did not meet the advertised standards.
