  I came here to print an annoying amount of documents for a work event. The staff here was SO helpful at the time, and I just called the store for some over-the-phone support and they were AGAIN able to help me with exactly what I needed, and with real kindness. THANK YOU so much!

  This store consistently has terrible service, issues with helping guest and overall a terrible experience. I started driving an extra 20 minutes to a new store, and decided to try this one a final time. The experience is consistently terrible.

  I had to come and leave a good review. The other day I came in (I believe it was Thursday around 6pm) there was a gentleman who was NOT pleasant and visibly irritated by any customer interaction. He left me feeling afraid my package wouldn’t be handled well and feeling small about asking a simple question about how I could best track my package. I’m not the expert, I’m the customer. I called the following day on Friday and had the most pleasant and helpful interaction with the Assistant Manager who assured me my package was there and ready for the next pickup. She was so pleasant and so helpful! A simple easy question answered in a kind and compassionate way. That’s all it took for me to feel comfortable and reestablish trust. Today (Monday), I had another package and a totally different gentleman received my package and was so friendly and helpful with no attitude or irritation. He was friendly and content. Within less than a minute of me leaving the store my package was already scanned and status updated to “We have your package”. That’s how it should be as a customer! Both of these people were totally different from my first experience. It really goes to show you that one person can mess up a reputation but I’m glad I came back and had two separate great experiences! I work in a people-centric business so I know exactly how they feel. It’s not easy work and it takes mind and emotions to do it well. I also know they probably experience very rude and impatient customers all the time. I’m glad the last two people didn’t take that out on me. Trust restored that easy.
