- AFAlexandra faith4 days ago1.0For as long as we've lived here our mail has always been mixed up with our neighbors who never return it and have even called the cops on us when we've asked for our mail. We have complained multiple times and it is still an issue. This is a family home we've had for over 40 years. It wasnt as big of an issue with our old neighbors but the new ones are horrendous thieves. Also there is always someone home as my grandfather is disabled and never leaves the house. The amount of times we've received a "sorry we missed you" is ridiculous especially considering the fact we have cameras and can see that they never even try coming up to the door. Overall poor service. My family and I are completely over it.

This is a wonderful community post office serving a lot of people with stretched resources, but they do it with patience and yes, a smile! Thank you to our postal workers at the Baldwin (and former Glen Arm) branch!

- TMTom MortJan 29, 20261.0My Mothers Christmas card that I placed in their mailbox in front of the post office in Baldwin, was never delivered to my Mom's house, which is out of state. Had a $150.00 Walmart gift card in it because I was not sure if I was going to make it to see her over Christmas. The bright red envelope must have been the give away as well as the out of state address. I stopped in to ask about it after 3 weeks went by. The woman behind the counter knew exactly where I was coming from and told me that they were aware of missing mail at this address. She gave me a slip of paper from a small box sitting on the counter with the inspector generals website so that I could claim fraud and stolen mail. The bad part is that they know about it happening. I have never received a response.
