  Absolute worst UPS location I have ever been too. Refused to take an appointment for DCSA fingerprinting. Complaining about false information from DCSA for available times. Terrible customer service from an older gentleman. That same person fielded phone calls regarding fingerprinting and loudly expressed how he didn't want to take any appointments.

  Very disappointing customer service experience. This UPS Store location participates in DCSA fingerprinting and is compensated for providing that service. Unfortunately, the employee I encountered seemed far more interested in finding a reason not to honor my scheduled appointment than in providing the service. I arrived with an appointment. I was told, “You have to have an appointment.” I showed my appointment confirmation. “Well, you have to have a barcode.” I showed my barcode. “You also need two forms of ID.” I had both. After I met every stated requirement, the response became, essentially, “Well...I don’t know if my manager will let me do your fingerprints.” Despite there being no one waiting behind me, I was then handed a flyer and told my appointment could not be accommodated. Had the store been slammed, I would have completely understood being asked to wait or even to return at another time. That wasn’t the situation. What made the experience so frustrating was the unmistakable sense that, rather than trying to accommodate a customer with a valid appointment who had arrived fully prepared, the employee was searching for any possible reason to turn me away. DCSA fingerprinting is a service this location has agreed to provide. Customers who schedule appointments, arrive with the required barcode and identification, and otherwise follow the process should reasonably expect those appointments to be honored. I have a house around the corner from this store and would otherwise have been a convenient repeat customer for shipping, returns, printing, and other services. Based on this experience, I will take that business elsewhere.

  This UPS store is a scam. I went in with a prepaid label for a UPS small box. Showed them the label and asked for the right box. They sold me an oversized box, and now I've been billed extra for shipping as well.

  Amy and Conrad were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us get our documents notarized in time. They were also very friendly and kind!
