  Here is the updated review with that detail added: --- Rating: 1/5 Stars I visited this FedEx store recently and had a terrible experience with the staff. The location itself is really nice—modern, clean, and new—but unfortunately, the customer service does not match the aesthetic. When I arrived, the guy at the counter was completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, he spent over 8 minutes chatting casually with a female friend while I stood there waiting. There was zero sense of urgency or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, Marykay was incredibly snippy with me. When I tried to ask questions or get help, she got sarcastic and argumentative instead of just assisting me like a normal professional. It felt like she was looking for a confrontation rather than trying to solve my issue. I was polite the entire time, but she seemed annoyed that I even dared to ask for service. Neither of them showed any basic courtesy or professionalism. It’s a shame because the store looks great, but the staff completely ruins the experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless they seriously improve their customer service.

  Here’s a concept for all y’all that work at this location. How about greeting your guest as they enter and ask “How may we help you”! There a clear sign as to why your ratings are so low!

  This is my Go To FedEx location! Mary Kay and team members are so patient and helpful- making sure I have the most economical shipping plan and container for expected time of delivery. I am here at least once a month and service is consistently friendly and reliable. Mary Kay even remembers my addressee and email info. Thank you Festival Riva team!

  I moved in the neighborhood in April. I find everyone for the most part friendly and professional. However, i haven't found 2 of the team members at the FedX location on Forest Rd. Unfortunately my schedule just allowing me right a review & a friendly reminder from un friendly Mary Kay, who failed to greet me, either ignorance or lack of professionalism or simply rude why i won't be supporting this location again. It Wasn't a pleasure doing business with you.
