Ms. June Brown helped us with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. She answered all of our questions, was incredibly patient with our child, and somehow managed to juggle everything while dealing with the long line of customers behind us. While she was helping us, one of her coworkers left her to handle a very long line on her own. Understandably, customers were becoming frustrated, but Ms. June did everything she could to take control of the situation. She reassured everyone that she was doing her best, tried to find additional help, and continued helping customers with a smile on her face. It’s not often that you’re greeted with genuine kindness and a smile when there are long waits and frustrated customers, but Ms. June truly was a ray of sunshine. Her patience, professionalism, and caring attitude did not go unnoticed. Abingdon Post Office, I truly hope you see this and recognize Ms. June for her hard work. She deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated for the wonderful job she is doing! Employees like her make such a difference. ❤️
