  This place has went down hill. After the new owners took over all employees left and thats a sign of the management. The staff is untrained and unprofessional. This place will not be open too long with this service. And the owner is the main one. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS A ENTITLEMENT THAT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I SUGGEST GOING TO ONE FURTHER OUT .

  Extremely frustrating experience. I paid for overnight delivery of critical items while traveling in Gatlinburg, and the package did not arrive as promised. UPS customer service then assured me it would arrive the following day—it still never showed up. I understand the delivery failure itself was not entirely the fault of this UPS Store. My issue is how the store handled it afterward. After multiple calls and being told by Harris a franchise consultant would contact me (they never did), the owner Harris finally told me to bring in my receipt and he would write me a check. I drove to the store specifically for that reason, only to be told by another gentleman, presumably Harris’ father, that they would not honor that commitment and that I needed to contact the franchise consultant again. What’s unacceptable is repeatedly giving a customer assurances, failing to follow through, and wasting even more of their time trying to resolve the original problem. Very disappointing customer service and accountability.

  I called yesterday because I wanted to see if my ups mailbox was on auto renewal, and when it would be renewing. At first they told me to look online, which I tried and found no obvious links anywhere before I even called. I told them that, so they asked for my name and number to give me a call back. They never called back and rushed me off the phone. I then called today to talk to someone and they did check if the mailbox was on auto renewal, which it was, and told me that it would renew in October. I asked them to take it off because I didn’t want it to auto renew, so they said they would, and I asked if they were going to give some sort of confirmation when it was cancelled, and they said they would. They didn’t say if it would be an email confirmation, text, etc, and then just hung up. No have a nice day or anything. Not pleased with my experience at this store at all.

  Shipped various packages in weight and size , usually busy with people also shipping stuff. Also have used the notary -(have to make appointment online for) Overall the staff has always been solid here , the store gets overwhelmed sometimes bc u know since the pandemic 99% of most businesses use less staff than before and almost detrimental to those places. But definitely trust them to ship expensive to cheap things with no problem ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating

  Do not ship anything expensive with UPS. Ever. I got insurance and had them pack the item. Arrived damaged in a Frankenstein box. They haven’t paid my claim, it’s been 4 months. Apparently the owner sold the business. I guess he was slow playing my claim before the sale.
