- RRRypJul 21, 20261.0This was my first time in this post office and I found a woman at the counter extremely rude. It’s 2 O’clock on a Tuesday who’s ever Shift that is. I had a notice saying that something was delivered to the Yarmouthport post office. When I went in there, she looked at me and said “it probably isn’t here. It’s probably in South Yarmouth” to which I replied, “probably in South Yarmouth? or it is in South Yarmouth ? is there anyway you can check for me “ to which she looked at me and said rudely “it’s not here “ and turned away without ever looking at any Of the information that I had Stating that my package was at that location And did nothing to help me verify where my package was, Other than telling me that it was “probably” Somewhere else . extremely unhelpful.

There was 2 ladies, one of them, her name was Michelle, and both of them were very nice, efficient and helpful. Great customer service and even tho it was kind of busy they were able to help everyone very quickly.
