- JMJailene MontalvoJun 25, 20261.0The worker at the desk was incredibly unprofessional. She stood there just talking to another person who did not have a package to send. When the person she was talking to said "you should help customers" she said no and kept on with her conversation instead of helping us customers. She did not even end up helping me, another worker had to come up to help me about 15 minutes later since she apparently could not be bothered.

- NSNokomis SanfordJun 5, 20231.0Hasn't been the same since Nancy and Rick retired. I try to avoid this branch at all cost the woman at the counter is as rude as it comes. Her demeanor comes off like she sick of you before you even approach the counter and anything you ask her is going to cost her every penny in her pocket. The man who works here occasionally does not care about life at all and it shows.
