- MSMaude SungApr 24, 20261.0The Spanish lady behind the counter is very unprofessional. I’ve been coming to this post office for years and this is the worse customer service I’ve seen. She needs training and please tell her not to use her personal phone for calls when there is a long line .

So, she sent me to the main post office downtown to retrieve package. I went and they called Courtney to ask why she did that because they don’t have the package and the system clearly showed that she had it at her store. By the time I tried to drive back up to this post office on Webster Square, they were closed. Have to wait until Monday. I feel like she was just trying to get me out of her store so she could close and not have to help. Horrible experience.
